Mail-Order Wedding : Neiman’s, Horchow Sign Letter of Intent
Two fancy mail-order companies would get together under a tentative deal established Thursday, with Neiman-Marcus Group acquiring the Horchow Mail purchase company for the sum that is undisclosed.
Horchow, an independently held Dallas business began by a previous Neiman Marcus employee, offers elegant home linens and presents through the Horchow Collection in addition to a wider selection of product through its Trifles catalogue and discounted close-out things through the Grand Finale catalogue. The organization has yearly product sales in excess of $100 million.
Neiman-Marcus Group’s primary division, Neiman Marcus of Dallas, offered $65 million to $70 million of product by mail for the year ended July 30. More…
